8 Ways To Keep Your Mind Sharp


1. Do Something 

Whenever you get leisure time , dont waste it get some work , a light walk , exercise or   hang out with colleagues , friends , this will keep your mind away from laziness.

2. Eat Much 

Human brain needs enough energy to carry out its working , offcourse for a sharpen mind the machinery should work faster , so eat alot of fruits containing high quantity of fibres , vegetables , milk containing carbohydrates and fat , that nourishes your mind and help it to work tremendously.

3. Take Care Of Your Body 

It is a well knowing say that " A healthy body contains a healthy mind " , no doubt its true , so take care of your body don't each too much that will upset your stomach , avoid cigarettes , take less fast food and keep your body slim and smart.

4. Sleep Well

Proper un-interruptible sleep is necessary for all of us to maintain our health , human machinery have to take rest so that it can give the maximum output.

5. Eat Fish

Sea Food specially Fish is importnat for strong memory and brain , get your fresh fish get it fried or in any style you would like but take it once in a week , It will make your mind sharp.

6. Chill Out 

For a stronger brain forget about your worries , depression by chilling out with family , friends to a walk , watching movie , sea side or some healthy activity .

7. Skip the Medicines

Avoid Medicines , supplements , syrups take fresh healthy naturally diet and keep your mouth away from supplements. If they are cumpolsury for you as prescribed by the doctor or some old age people then take it in les amount eat helathy.

8. Tease Your Brain 

As soon as you are free tease your brain by playing games , solving puzzles , playing Suduko, Scrabble etc to get your brain in a little bit work ever .
